Dawn is a native of Columbus and a 2001 graduate from Purdue University.
Dawn obtained her Real Estate License in 1998. She is married to Brandon
Wormer, who is employed by Lohmeyer Plumbing Co. Inc. They are proud
parents of a son, Rylan, who was born in October 2005. Dawn specializes
in handling the very important details once there is an accepted offer.
These details include follow up with the loan officer, appraiser, and
inspectors to assure all contingencies are removed on a timely basis.
